We had an emergency fencing situation in January (my mother could no longer walk her dog and needed to fence in the backyard)...not a great time to need a fence in Ohio! The Fence Guy was one of the few companies that install through the winter as weather allows. Keith came out right away, earned the trust of both of my parents, stayed in constant communication with me and put in a fence as soon as could possibly be done. He did the work himself and it looks wonderful. We were so lucky to find him. Highly recommend working with Keith!"

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"I have used this company for almost 2 years and they are superb! Responsive, helpful, informative and always there when I need them. I have the invisible fences around the entire parameter of my home and not once has my dog gotten out. He is not afraid but merely stays where he is supposed to?..and he one rowdy Boxer pup! These dogs are so used to this process that my 13 year old dog tried it out and one ?beep? and she was still trained from years ago. We have a fenced in back yard where my older dog goes, but this wild pup jumps the wood fence and goes in front?but no further than supposed to,  <br /> TOTALLY WORTH IT and estimators, installers, trainers and the owner are all so very responsive to my needs. <br /> THANK YOU!!! <br />"

"Overall everything went quite well. The owner came out to provide the estimate within a few days of of the original request. When he came back to give us the estimate and discuss it turned out that he had been a classmate of my wife's. Generally a very nice, seemingly hard working individual. He also lives near some close friends of ours, and I give marks for people who know there neighbors, as he obviously does. He stated the work would be completed in about four weeks, which was fine with us and told us they would call before they came out. It was maybe a week and half and we received a call stating they would begin on Monday. This is where we had a little hiccup, on Monday I received a call stating that the intaller would not be able to come out, due to weather and a doctors appointment. Weather was bad and sometime people get sick, I'm ok with either issue causing a delay. It just seemed a little flakey to use both. I had no problem with the delay and they were very apologetic, and it seemed like they felt bad and were throwing extra excuses to make it seem more palatable. Again, if someone gets sick, that does not reflect negatively on you as a company. Just say it happened, apologize and move on. I was fine with it, you should be ok too. The very next day the crew was at the house ready to go. They spent the day and much of the next installing the fence. It looks great, is far stronger than we expected, and they made a small change with no questions asked. So they did a great job. The fence looks great, the wife is happy and all is almost completely well with the world. There was two tiny issues with installation. One was our fault, one was theirs. Our fault: our dog chewed their extension cord which was left at the house for the evening. Our dog chews everything, a major complaint of mine, and this was his fault not theirs. So I bought them a new extension cord, which they did not ask for. They said a new end would have been fine. Nope, our fault, you get new equipment. But the fact that they didn't ask for new means a lot given it was not their fault. Their issue was that they left a little bit of a mess on my neighbors property. I don't mind cleaning up my yard, or my neighbors for that matter, but I would have liked them to be a little more careful with his yard. Now I say that knowing conditions were less than ideal, lots of snow, cold, frozen ground. Basically, the conditions were terrible, and this is a small thing. So things to note, a couple of really small issues, surrounded by GREAT work. Note the all A rating, I'm not kidding here and I don't give them lightly, just check my other reviews. Would I hire again, yes! This was a great company to work with. <br />"

"Aaron came to our home and throughly went over the benefits of composite decking. Then we discussed the overall look we wanted to achieve. Looking through a variety of pictures of their completed job sites, we selected the railings and colors that would work. Rich was our installer and we appreciated his eye for detail and perfectionism. Phil was the project manager and kept us informed of progress. The new decks are a great improvement to our outside living area. We have already recommended Archadeck to our neighbors and friends."
