Get matched with top wood flooring installation pros in Canandaigua, NY

"I had Ed and his son do my entire downstairs in hardwood and ceramic tile. Ed was very accommodating as we had to move the install until after the holidays and they wouldn't put the floor down until the humidity was just right. The floors came out beautiful and Ed is passionate about doing a good job and is one of the best contractors I have ever had in my house. I highly recommend Ed."

"Edwin was very professional and helpful. He explained things well and was very friendly. He worked very hard and well into the night to finish the job in one day. The salesman on the other hand, though friendly and efficient when he came to our house, left out the fact that the quarter round would not be varnished to match the molding and the floor . This leaves us with more work to do and therefore further expenses. We felt that this should have been included. Also, communication on the part of the salesman was lacking. He didn't leave a business card with us, and didn't call us to give us a heads up as to when the pros would be arriving. I had to call Customer service myself. And then, when I called, I got an answering machine 3 times. But the pros seemed to do a good job!"

"I called 360 Exact to have a tile entry way installed in my house to replace old and damaged hardwood. They also reinforced my half wall in the entry way and everything looks great!"

"We decided to replace the tired carpet in our condo. United Carpet was our second stop in search of solid vinyl wood plank flooring. We were fortunate to meet Art McLeod, who showed us a vast array of options, We settled on Karndeen and found one we though would go well next to the existing parquet wood flooring in the rest of the condo. He urged us to take a sample home, and we were glad he did, for our sense of the color match was way off. When we returned he shows us what he thought would work. He "right" sold us, (others had tried to get us to take a more expensive product than we needed or wanted) offering us a product a bit less expensive than what we picked, but he assured us it was of equal quality and better for our application, over a concrete floor (we live an a converted 1903 schoolhouse). His selection was right on the money. He kept us apprised of the order and delivery dates and set up an install date based on our availability. His install crew, Jim and Bob arrived on time, calling ahead. Unfortunately they discovered the concrete under the carpet had heaves and cracks and would require leveling. They were craftsmen and did the job carefully and completely. A one day install dragging into four days, but we didn't mind, because we knew the job would be done well and right. They went out of their way to accommodate us in timing of arrival, and always kept us apprised of any need for them to briefly engage in a repair or other activity. They were not going to leave until the job was done perfectly, and they held to that promise. They were pleasant, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home. We are thrilled with the product, with the installation and our entire experience with United Carpet has been excellent. We cannot recommend them highly enough."

"Excellent workmanship! Very diligent and worked extra long hours even on the weekend to finish the job on time. We are so pleased with our new deck and would recommend Sean to anyone else who is looking into having a deck installed or replaced."

"I had to wait a bit for my wood flooring, but that was fine with me. Work got done quickly and professionally. I love my floor. They will create whatever color and size you might like. Very reasonable price wise."

Precision and quality are what set me apart. I don’t cut corners I focus on the details that others overlook, and my repeat customers will tell you the same.

"Great! Tom is very responsive and was also willing to postpone the job a couple of times to better fit our schedule. He did quality and fast work - the room looks great! They did get paint on our sectional sofa when moving it back into place, but it came off easily (leather). We would definitely hire them again!"

"They were amazing, fast, clean and focused.  John new I was in a bind because another installer didn't show so he not only came to out rescue.  I can't imagine using anyone else."

"Very Fair Pricing and efficiency! They were transparent and helped performed great work! Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a repair or remodel."
