We were impressed that when Nick & my husband had a misunderstanding about when Nick would arrive, Nick dropped what he was doing & came right to the house because that was the only day we had for installation of a new water heater. Also, it was a difficult install because of tight quarters & Nick did an excellent job, having to remove & replace piping to get the water heater in place.
