Gary came over to check out the situation and see the kind of pad we still had in place, then came back the next day with the replacement pad. He installed the pad, repaired some loose tack strip, and re-stretched the carpet. All went well and took about 90 minutes. We can't tell that anything happened to the carpet, and the pad feels the same as the original pad (it was about 2 years old)

"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"He was late for appointment and after one and a half hours I had to call him. He was about 3 hrs late. Once he got here he was quick, professional and his work was excellent. Because it was getting late and I didn't want him to continue after one room was done he said he would come back to stretch the rest of the carpet at second room cost which I thought was very nice. I would recommend him. I realize we all have days that just don't go as smooth as we would like just would like a call if going to be late."

They worked through the weekend to make up time. Tony himself did a lot of the repair. The carpet that they installed is beautiful and it's so nice to know the floors are solid and safe now. They were more than fair in all pricing, actually coming in slightly less than estimated."
