We have a very tight crawl space but the crew took on the challenge with a smile. They ended up installing even more brackets than they had initially estimated, giving us even better protection than we had anticipated. I highly recommend their work."

"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"

"We are so happy that we had John Toohey from EnergyGuard visit our home, make suggestions and submit a bid. We were especially pleased with John's recommendation that we put a picture window and an awning window in our previously drab kitchen. The Milgard windows that EnergyGuard put in look nice and work well. Also, on the day of installation, the EnergyGuard staff discovered that the siding around one window was rotten. They put in a piece of temporary siding at no additional charge. (Later we had half the siding on our home replaced.) EnergyGuard was professional and helpful all the way down the line. "I called the Glass Doctor and discussed my need, they gave me a price and I made an appointment for the following week.  I delivered my vehicle at the proper time (9am), and reminded them I needed to pick it up by noon.  I was shown the replacement windshield before installation, since it had some tinting at the top that was slightly different than the old one; it looked good to me. <br /> They called at 10:30 and said it would ready at 11am, which was very helpful ( as long as I did not go through a car wash for 24 hours).   <br /> I am very happy with the windshield, the work,  and the 12 month guarantee and free rock chip repair.   I haven't driven in the rain yet, so I can't say anything about the quality of the seal, but my guess is it will be fine. <br /> NOTE:  I gave a B rating for price- I did not get other bids, so I am guessing this is a good price- maybe an A or C would have been more appropriate.  No way to choose NA or Don't Know for any of the categories. <br />"
