"Leonard went above and beyond the typical electrical service. He thoughtfully looked at the project and helped us save money while getting more than we could have asked for. He installed lighting on our patio in addition to adding an outlet there and in our laundry room had to wire an outlet from attic to closet so that I could hang a dyson vacuum that needed a charging station. I thought it couldn't be done but he showed me that it was possible. I'm so thankful."

"I booked Mister Sparky through Home Advisor at which time I was showed an estimate of the work I needed to be done where I could pay upfront or not I opted not to pay upfront. I was contacted by Mister Sparky within 10 minutes the man scheduled a day and time for an electrician to come to my home to actually see what work needed to be done and he would do the work that day if I wanted it done if not I had to pay a $19.95 estimate fee. The electrician showed up on time he was nice he looked over the work I wanted to be done he gave me an estimate $250.00 over the estimate Home Advisor quoted me and I was supplying all the materials because I was going to do the work myself, but I could not due to a knee injury as I explained to the man when I scheduled the appointment. The electrician called his company explained the situation and stating that I booked them through Home Advisor at which time an estimate was quoted and then he changed the estimate to $41.00 higher then Home Advisor's estimate so I told him do the work. The electrician was thorough he cleaned up the debris after finishing the job. My advice to anyone is make sure you keep telling them you booked them through Home Advisor and how much the estimate was quoted by Home Advisor even though the company you book knows this because when they contact you they say I got your work request from Home Advisor. Just Beware!"

"They came in a replace my power pole and panel box. Along with adding a outlet for my generator to be plugged into. So when the power goes out all I have to do it shut off the main breaker and start up my generator. They did an excellent job. Cleaned up all their mess and left my yard like they were not even there. I will use them again for any other electrical needs that may occur. Thank you guys! Great Job!!"

"The electrician explained how he was going to do the work and asked what items I wanted him to pick up for me like the type ceiling fan and exhaust fans. He was very polite and explained my options so I understood. AARROW is now my Electric Company. Willis made an appointment to do this work and had me sitting around all day waiting for them. They were scheduled for 9-11am I called and spoke to their receptionist at 5:45 and she said she was surprised the guy didn't show up yet or call. She then told me that she was going to call him to see what was going on and that she would call me back, I never heard a word from them after that. I searched Angie's List and made an appointment with AARROW and they showed up on time and did an excellent job, Willis lost out on $570.00.

"This is the second bathroom remodel George has done for me. It came out just as beautiful as my Guest BR. He installed new tile in my shower with a shower seat , new exhaust fans, moved an electric outlet, plumbing, vinyl plank flooring, painting. It was a total redo. The countertop and shower glass installers were both amazed at the quality of his work which is seldom seen and wanted his contact info. He also saved me the time and expense of hiring a handyman. He changed all my doorknobs in my home, rekeying the front door, hung storage organizers in my garage, and touched up walls damaged from installation of plantation shutters. I am so lucky to have found him and highly recommend him. He is the best."

"Ben and Luke arrived on time and went right to work analyzing the electrical problem. They changed the damaged receptacle and made sure the microwave was again up and running. In addition, they checked to ensure there was no damage to the electrical box in garage and wiring was adequate. Both were knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. Great service provided by the two young men. Will definitely call Gray Brothers for future electrical work. The Angie's List discount was also appreciated."
