"Fence repair is still in limbo pending fencing parts ordered but pending delivery yet. Chuck did an Awesome job on my back deck repair and looks GREAT! He removed all the broken posts and panels in order to clear out my and my neighbors job...Very impressed with his work so far and keeps in touch with any details so as a Customer not in the Dark. RCL is a down to earth business that gets the job done and Fair prices that are written down on an invoice NOT texted via email or thru chit chat...I give 5 star's to Chuck and RCL Handyman Services in my book. "I hired Atlas Builders to repair a set of deck stairs and also do some electrical and carpentry tasks inside. They made sure to do the work on time. The work was of high quality and a good price. I would hire them again."

"The process from start to completion was smooth and error-free. The crews were professionals and took care with our processions. They asked questions when in doubt and never assumed. The crews were on time and did what they said they would do. It was clear that the crews were informed on the pre-work and understood the scope of work to be completed. The cost is based upon the time to complete the work and on both days, packing and unpacking, the start and end times were accurately reported and the crews were efficient, not taking breaks or "inflating" the time needed to complete the work. As a result, the final cost was below the estimate. I will wholeheartedly recommend Moving Ahead Services for anyone needing a professional moving company."

"When I bought the house, the bathroom had hideous pink/peach tiles. When I called about getting it refinished it a simple white, she told me if I didn't have the tub done too, I'd regret it because they would be two different colors. So I took her advice and had both done white. The man who came out to perform the service was punctual, professional, friendly - couldn't have gone better.
Fast forward a few months, the bathtub is peeling. It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to send the repairman out. But the service man came out, again, no problems at all, quick to the point, fixed it and left.
Now, another few months later and the same thing... the tub is peeling again. I, again, am trying to get ahold of them to come out and repair. They have an automated answering service but no one returns my calls. I am on day 4 of trying to get ahold of someone to come out and fix the tub again. The job was done April of 2014, it is Feb 2015 and this is my 2nd repair job needed. I live alone so the tub is not getting alot of overusage, no kids doing anything crazy... so I'm not sure I would do it again. It's becoming a pain to deal with and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure I would use this company again. The service men doing the work are great, but to get in contact with anyone is not an easy feat.
