DaBella is the leading home improvement company in the United States. With more than 23 offices throughout the United States, we're striving to transform home improvement services. We work with you to create value in your home by providing outstanding service and premium products for roofing, siding, windows, and bath replacement systems. Since 2011, DaBella has grown to become one of the largest home improvement services companies in the United States. "Our core purpose is to care for families and their homes. We strive to provide the best customer experience and the best environment for our growing workforce," said CEO, Donnie McMillan, Jr. "The explosive growth we have achieved in such a short time period is an incredible story in and of itself. It was only possible because we created a culture committed to helping people realize their vision. Not only the career goals of our own people at DaBella, but also for those homeowners who we serve every day." In our industry, it's common for people to talk about the dream of one day owning their own business, often driven by the desire to make a lot of money. The start to our story, however, is different. It entails a motivated, young family who had worked in the home improvement industry but envisioned a different kind of home services company. The goal was not just to build a business, but to create an extended family, where employees, suppliers and most importantly, customers, were part of the family. Not coincidently, the company was founded at the same time as the family was blessed with twins. In fact, the name of the company comes from a combination of their names -- David and Isabella. But DaBella is so much more than a company's name. From the beginning it has been a second family name for employees. It's the nameplate of a company who works in the name of families.
"Did great in getting approval for us and working with what we could afford in payments. Very nice guys!!! Would definitely recommend!! Preston, Caleb great guys!!!"

At Window Nation, we know replacement windows. We’re third-generation window replacement experts who have been lucky to provide homeowners replacement windows, siding, and doors for over fifteen years. We opened our first showroom in Maryland in 2006, quickly growing to serve homeowners in cities across the country – and we’re not stopping there. We’re grateful for every homeowner who has trusted us to upgrade their most important asset: their home. We’ve learned a lot about home improvement over the years, but the most important thing we learned isn’t about window replacement. We learned the home improvement industry isn’t about offering the best windows, siding and doors; it’s about the relationships we build with our customers.

"Terrible. I've never had such a bad experience with a company like this before. I would never hire AllStar again. Their sub-contractors are fast but messy. They threw trash in my attic thinking I wouldn't find it. They left nails, screws, sheet metal trimmings, etc. all over the ground. Cigarette butts and plastic spoons too. I had to call the General Manager and Production Manger out to my house to hear my complaint and clean up their mess. That still didn't work. I had to borrow a lawn sweeping magnet from another roofing contactor working in the neighborhood. I filled up the bottom of a shoe box. Although the building permit included a sound plan for safety precautions, the sub-contractors didn't follow it. There are OSHA safety standards to follow, and not one on them carried a card. I asked. Never once did I see them harnessed up and tethered to a 5000# safety point. They throw shingles up into my backyard trees and bushes and walk away. Busted up a cap on a post on my deck and didn't do anything about it. The installation of the gutter screens is not complete. I called twice about this. All-Star has no control over their subs. All-Star even ordered the wrong color gutters. I wanted a staircase installed off my deck, so as long as AllStar was there I asked them if they could do that as well. "Sure" their general manager said, and he quotes me a little over $2800. Next, he shows up with a contract for $4100. I sign it but realize I'm getting taken for a ride. AllStar doesn't do anything for several months. Next, I get an email from their sales rep assigned to my project, that additional costs are needed in the amount of $2000. Come on, $6,100 to build a wood staircase that is 7' tall? This is already a signed deal! Not an add to a contract. You eat the cost. The general manager doesn't return phone calls, text messages, or emails. The production manager (the one bright aspect of the company) does."

Yes, installing egress windows typically requires a building permit because it involves structural changes and safety considerations. If excavation is needed for a window well, additional permits may be required. Contact your local building authority to ensure compliance with all regulations.
The primary installation of an egress window usually takes about three days. Additional time may be needed for excavation, wall cutting, and finishing work, especially if structural modifications are involved. The timeline also depends on the window's availability and proper sizing.
Yes, improper installation can compromise your home's foundation and structural integrity. To prevent costly damage and ensure safety, it's essential to hire a qualified professional who can install the egress window correctly.
Yes, building codes require egress windows or doors in finished basements designated as habitable spaces. Every living area must have an approved exit point for safety and emergency egress. Unfinished basements used solely for storage may be exempt.
