"Everything went extremely well! We simultaneously had our house trim painted, so Mike (Grand Gutters employee) was able to remove the old gutters before the painters got to work. This was much more difficult than anticipated, but they did the job without complaint or extra charge (which was much appreciated). Once the house was painted, John (the owner) came back to install the new gutters. He also painted and installed downspout leader boxes and decorative brackets. Overall, he was very professional and kept me up to date during the installation. We highly recommend Grand Gutter and would work with them again!

"Excellent communication,  workmanship, professionalism, and expertly handled problems that arose ie. repaired water damaged areas found when siding was removed.  Efficient and completed the new siding within the timeframe. 1 week. Daily communication and walk around to be sure it was meeting my expectations.  Excellent crew worked hard, no radios, arrived on time, and cleaned up daily.  I had three bids.  The first contractor wouldn't install the pre-painted Hardiboard and gave me several estimates but no final bid.  The second reputable siding company agent spent an hour with me; gave me approximates and didn't follow through with a contract.  I called Adrian Roman; he agreed to meet within a day. We met and discussed options; he measured; he sent an estimate within 24 hours. I would definitely use All American Exteriors again and highly recommend the company."

"We were very pleased with the work of Tim and his crew.  We solicited bids from five contractors and, although his bid was not the lowest, Tim offered the best quality gutter and was the most attentive to our needs.  He took the time to explain the installation process and answered all of our questions.  He immediately provided proof of licensure and insurance when requested.  He showed up on time for each appointment and always answered our phone calls and text messages.  He even came back to install our rain barrel for free a few weeks after installing the gutters.  It has rained a couple times since the gutters were installed and they appear to be working well so far.
