So, now I'm left with 75% completion with this job. The workers did a great job for what was written on the paper but, as stated above 75% got done. My main concern verbally told to the owner was to have this maintenance done Only once and last for years due, to a neighbor not appreciating anyone being in his backyard. Another, observation was for a fencing company or any other company to come with only the supplies to do this job and not have additional supplies is Very unusual,"

"Chuck told us it would take one day to tear out the countertops (removing garaged appliance areas and so on) and then a second day to remove old appliances, install new ones, and do the remaining items on the list. This was ALL completed exactly as he stated it would be (a first for us). Additionally, Chuck had recommended the best places to go to purchase what we needed and he was right on. We went to others first, but his recommendations were the best and, we even got nicer appliances for the same price as previous quotes. "I have used Hawk's Fences & Handiwork, LLC for 2 years now for many different projects. Phillip is the owner/operator. He has sanded and stained my deck, put in shower heads and faucets and put down my vinyl kitchen floor. He hung up new curtains and blinds. Phillip is very reasonably priced. He does really good work and cleans up after himself. He works very fast. He is respectful, kind and considerate. He is my "go to" guy. He is honest, if he tells you something needs to be done, it needs to be done. If he tells you something doesn't need to be done, it doesn't need to be done. One time I had water in my crawl space and had a company come out and give me an estimate to dry it out. The estimate was $4000.00. Phillip came out and took a look and told me it will dry out by itself, there is no mold. This saved me $4000.00."

"We love our new deck built by New Creation Decks (NCD) and expect years of carefree use. If the design is straightforward, just about anyone can build a deck. Heck, even I built a deck once. Where New Creation Decks shines is when a customer's project is complex or has design challenges. Ours was such a project. We have two 4' tall retaining walls with the lower wall just a few feet from the rear of our house. One of the companies we called actually declined to submit a quote because they felt our project was too challenging. New Creation Decks was able to overcome the limitations presented by the closeness of the retaining walls and provide us with a large, welcoming deck. New Creation Decks has an architect on staff named Peter Kavanagh. He met with us, discussed our requirements and budget constraints and returned a few days later with CAD drawings of his proposed design from multiple perspectives. Peter's design mirrored the angles of our house and included extending our outdoor living space by adding an ironstone patio adjacent to the deck. Rather than conventional railings, the deck features cables and tempered glass that increase the feeling of openness. The design also features a stone wall face added to the lower retaining wall that incorporated the same stacked stone used in our family room fireplace. New Creation's carpenters executed Peter's vision. It was fun to watch the progress as the CAD drawings came to life. There were delays and issues with the subcontractors responsible for the railings and patio, but NCD promptly and effectively dealt with these issues. After the project was completed, there were a few minor issues, but these were also satisfactorily addressed. Most impressive was when, over a year after our deck was completed, we suffered wind damage to one of the tempered glass railings and NCD still stood behind their work and completed repairs at no charge. It was always a pleasure working with everyone we met from NCD. We appreciated that workers always showed up when expected and kept a clean work site."
