"JJ's crew redirected out downspouts and installed a French drain all across the front of the house and down the side yard to drain in back yard. They also tied drainage to our basement sump pump. Then they regraded the area in front of the house and poured a new sidewalk. This was in March. It's now September. We haven't had ANY flooding in the yard or in the basement. Even during heavy rains, the sump doesn't need to run. All the water is being handled. The grass they planted didn't last through the summer (grass wasn't guaranteed) and I'll be replanting now. But everything else is great. I was on a learning curve with this type of project and James was patient with all my questions. I would work with JJ's again."

"It went really well!  The day Jeff's crew showed up was also the day that we were taking my mom home to NC.  We left on our trip before the work was finished and came home to perfection!  Two large flower beds full of thistles were cleaned up and mulched, and they even set up our mini-flock of flamingos!  A landscape feature at the end of the driveway was weeded and mulched.  Leaves from the previous fall were cleaned up.  Four or five small sumac trees (that were supposed to be removed by my previous landscaper) were removed.  Several bushes that didn't survive the last winter were removed.  The area under the maple trees was edged in preparation for mulch this coming spring.  When I got estimates, I had a list of about 10 things that I wanted done around the yard...and they were all taken care of!  I appreciated that the work was completed days before I had to mail the payment to Jeff.   Jeff and his crew were the best landscapers I've dealt with in the 13+ years I've been in this house.  I look forward to working with him in the future.

"Sione, the owner, communicated with me from beginning to end.  He is actually onsite almost every day doing the work. They came exactly the week they told me that they would and were finished in 6 days. They checked in with me every other day, and more often when decisions needed to be made.



They cleaned up very well, leaving the property better than when they arrived.



I was so pleased that I had them come back and install a shed, build a railing, and repair my front porch. When they returned, they redid part of the wall which had moved due to  my French drain. He reconfigured the drain so that it would no longer flow into the wall.
