There was a small equipment issue (I heard Joe fighting with his cutter, and anyone with a mechanic in their life understands that this is par for the course lol), but the final product turned out great! He even factored in the unique positioning required for the lock to work best, taking into account the natural shape of the old wooden door and its glass window. "Initially, I was pleased with the work done...the wait was minimal for them to put me on the schedule. The porch was power washed, repaired, resurfaced and sealed exactly as quoted. They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. "I have had Antonio and his wife once every other week since about October, 2023, and it has been going very well. They are very friendly and considerate. On the one or two occasions that I mentioned something that needed attention, they were very responsive and accommodating. The final result was spectacular and you can tell the care and pride he takes in his work.
