"The roofing crew was here at 7:45 am, tore off the old shingles, added new underlayment paper, shingles, and added a new roof vent and cleaned up leaving at 1:45 the same day.  The soffit and fascia was finished in a day and a half as well as building up the ground around the foundation.  The steel beams were in place in one afternoon and they painted the concrete block walls with Drylock in a day and a half(4 coats).  It took almost 2 days to tear out the concrete patio due to waiting for the dumpster to be returned.  They also sprayed for bug resistance and vegetation resistance(we were planning to do this ourselves, but they did it while they were waiting for materials to be delivered). At my request they laid pea gravel over the underlayment. The deck took the longest to complete due to weather delays.  But my deck is beautiful, composite material that requires little maintenance.  They measured and cut each piece to fit which was quite interesting to watch since an octagon was included in the plan.  We are very pleased with the work that A&B did here.  The workers were very respectful, knowledgeable, and always had time to answer a question.  Rob, the owner, was very responsive to any call for questions or when we added a few other items to the list.  We are planning more projects in the near future and would not consider using any other company!!! <br />"
