He didn't need to go to the hardware store at all. he replaced two door fixtures (one with a lock) for me and the workmanship looks fabulous. he was well spoken and attire was professional. He even offered to vacuum up all the sawdust and everything after. But I said I would do it but he asked again. That is what I call "good customer service". Thank you."

We had a standard exterior door replaced including widening of jam. Bob and partner completed the job in no more than three hours.
