"Waterman Building & Remodeling is one of the best home repair companies I have worked with. Sales Rep Andy Cannon came over to the house to provide a complete estimate and to provide a brochure on all the various colors available. We were interested in a certain color, and Jenny Schermerhorn sent over pictures and addresses of work they had done using that color shingle. We agreed to the price, which I found very reasonable, and were put on the schedule on 4/14. We were told they were about 8 weeks out so to expect a call in early June, about a week before our appt. They called to tell us they would be over on June 13th. Materials were dropped off shortly after that call. The day of the appointment came, and the crew was here first thing in the morning. Everything was covered properly, and work began. Foreman kept us in the loop as to what was going on. Very nice guy who I loved chatting with. Work was completed in the afternoon, and a thorough cleanup was done using magnets to ensure no loose roofing nails were in the yard. Its been four months since the roof was replaced, and we have had many storms with heavy winds and rain since then with absolutely no issues with the roof."

"Hired Hennelly & Son to remove and replace roofs on house and detached garage. Also had some small repairs, gutter cleaning and minor gutter repair work done. Joe Jr. handled the job with his crew of 10 in one day. They arrived as advertised at 7AM and completed the job by 4:45PM. It was obvious that they all knew what they were doing and that they worked well together. Everyone in the crew was friendly and polite. They were careful to not damage any part of the property and their cleanup after the job was done was excellent. I have only good things to say about young Joe and his crew. "Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested. <br /> <br /> We had one small leak this past storm on the front porch from the front corner of our bedroom dormer.  They were very responsive and came back the same day called and applied additional caulking between the roof shingles and the siding shingles, where a gap had been created.  I was pleased with their prompt responsiveness."

"Connell Roofing replaced our existing roof with a new GAF Timberline ULTRA HD asphalt shingles, including some copper valleys and three solar roof vents. In addition, Connell installed a new gutter and downspout system replacing our 20-year old LeafGuard system with new covered gutters by Leaf Relief. Chris Kent, the salesperson, sat down with us during the contract process and explained the entire process, the types of materials, and warranties. He was very professional and informed and answered all our questions during the meeting and follow up emails. Chris also visited the site during both installations to ensure compliance with our contract. Zach Tentoni, managed the installation, and was very detail oriented, ensured compliance with the contract and expectations, and was on site during the installation as well being available by phone in case we had questions or concerns. Zach’s workmen including Mike, Curtis, Matt and Sammy were excellent, very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had during installation of the roof and gutters. They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. My wife and I are more than pleased with Connell Roofing and would highly recommend them."

"Our building is over 100 years old and located on a small lot at a busy intersection without off-street parking. Sprague was one of only two or three companies that were willing to work on our gutters. We are so glad we hired them. They did a fantastic job. I would say that this was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. Unlike other contractors we have hired, Sprague did not employ subcontractors. Every person with whom we interacted was personable, accessible, and highly skilled. Mark, the original contact person, made several visits to our building and attended one of our monthly coop meetings to give a detailed presentation on the various options available to us. On the few occasions when a problem arose, they were responsive and respectful. When they encountered issues requiring work beyond the original contract, they kept us informed and charged us fairly. Our new gutters are beautifully crafted of heavy, high-grade copper, expertly installed, and guaranteed to work for decades. I am confident they will keep us dry for many years to come, and they look gorgeous. Sprague's copper gutters have transformed a routine, unpleasant, dreaded maintenance headache into a source of excitement and pride for us."
