"Wolverine Contracting Design + Remodel provided us with exceptional craftsmanship for our renovation. They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. "This is only directed at the tool and service rental area. Youngish man (guessing from voice) working there, answering the phone, is very, very unpleasant. Needed to rent a tool, wouldn't go to computer to see when it was supposed to be returned- even after calling multiple times to SEE if it had been returned. We are going to a different location. Very sad, as there are some great workers there. Generously giving 2 stars since he answered the phone. ?"
