"I know this review is a little late, but here goes! We hired Jimmy to replace our subfloor in part of our conventional home. Jimmy was awesome from day 1! He came on time to do our initial quote and threw around some possible ideas, tried them and tried to problem solve to find the best possible fix for our floor issue. He was here for over an hour, crawling under the house, checking framing, measuring and explaining what he recommended; which was nice considering we had 3 other repair guys give us a quote and only stayed for 10 minutes. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure that the floor was completely sound, and also made sure to choose good quality materials such as the plywood. He chose to buy from one store over another because they had better conditioned wood. We can't say enough good things about Jimmy, he was on time everyday, explained his process, and even went out of the way to repair our threshold and included it in his fee. He has an honest work ethic, reasonable prices, extremely hard working and just an all around good positive guy. We will DEFINITELY use him again in the future!! "His name is Gerald Wheat and he is a wonderful handyman. He has a wonderful crew. They get the job done and they work. There are no boom boxes or cussing. They come in on time and they work until the job is through. They were here for 1 1/2 weeks and did excellent work. He was a former neighbor of mine. He only does local work and he stays busy. Everybody wants him. He is great when I can get him. They did exactly whatever I wanted. They were good. His fees were reasonable. It wasn't on a schedule and it was based on what he was doing. It was excellent. He has done things enough to know what it will take. I was very pleased with him. He stays busy. I would absolutely use him again."

"I had some iron doors installed in my house about a year ago and a spot had rusted out and after fighting with the company I bought it from to come repair it I had enough and got in touch with Williams Welding Repair. He came to do an estimate and I could tell I had made the right choice. Very clean and professional and had the job done im a few hours. "The company was highly recommended and I am so glad I decided to call them. My first contact was with Randy, who came out, looked at my roof, provided details as to it's condition and gave me a detailed estimate. Within a couple of days, I received a call from Bob, who came out to do a walk through to determine what materials were needed to complete the job. Randy and Bob were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and patient. I asked a lot of questions, debated about shingle colors and upgraded to architectural shingles two days before the start of the project. Bob maintained contact with me throughout the process and they began the job a few days earlier than scheduled. That was great because I wanted t get it done ASAP. Both days (project took 1 1/2 days to complete), the roofing crew arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. and Bob came also to ensure everything was going well. When the work was complete, the lead roof man informed me they were finished and asked me to come look at it. I noticed the crew did an excellent job cleaning up the debris, nails, etc. Bob came shortly afterwards, inspected the roof, walked around with me and answered questions. Last night, Tuesday, 02-23-2016, my new roof was tested by the strong winds and rain, and I am happy to say NO LEAKS, NO PROBLEMS AND IT STILL LOOKS GREAT!!! MANY THANKS TO RANDY, BOB AND THE CREW !!!!! I plan to utilize House Works' services in the near future for other repairs and fix-up projects. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSE WORKS!!!!!"
