"Tom and Paul from Dial an Electrician are awesome! I called for some troubleshooting work to replace several lights and light fixtures in my home after they had either gone dead or were replaced (and incorrectly at that) by my dad who meant well and wanted to surprise my husband and I with some DIY lighting work while we were out of town. To make that long story short, my dad actually made things worse and I needed everything to be replaced and rewired. It wasn't an urgent job, but when I called, Tom said they were actually able to come over that day and address all our issues. Tom and Paul were punctual, friendly, patient with all my questions, and very knowledgable. Paul took the time to tell me of every option and price point possible, and always wanted to make sure I was happy with what he was suggesting and the prices for each service, which I was. They got right to work and they are very clean and neat, using drop cloths throughout my home and putting furniture back and sweeping up after they were done. Paul had to order some extra fixtures and was not able to complete the job that day, but he ordered them right away and got them in the next morning, so he was able to return with Tom just a few hours later to complete the job (also, Tom and Paul were very good about staying in contact with regard to our appointments by sending texts to confirm and to let me know when they were on their way). When they returned, again they were both very friendly, professional, patient, and efficient, finished the job perfectly, and cleaned up everything before they left (lots of dust and sheetrock and they swept it all very well). Additionally, Paul had previously on the first day written out a detailed invoice for me with a final total we had agreed on for materials and labor which I had requested to pay in full up front, and so the next day when he came to finish the job and realized he needed more materials than he originally estimated the previous day, he told me not to worry about it and he wasn't going to charge me extra for the additional materials and labor, which was very much appreciated! All in all, working with Paul and Tom was a very pleasant experience, and my husband and I are very happy with them and the job they did that they are now our go-to electricians. We currently are working on an estimate with them for another project for some landscape lighting in our backyard. So happy we found them! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. "The process went well. They arrived on time and we walked through & discussed the what, where, & how's of the job, and then they got set up and got to work. It took 2 guys 8 hours total, from start to finish. They cleaned up well and were pleasant to work with."

"These guys were truly exceptional. We were hesitant to even get an estimate from them because, since all they do is lighting, we figured they would be significantly more expensive than a landscaping company. We were wrong, they actually came in lower than both quotes we got from landscapers. I would say that they gave us a fair price, simple as that. The work they did was incredibly artistic. They have it down to a science and they nailed everything we asked them to. They came back out twice to make minor adjustments in a reasonable amount of time, and would have come back as many times as we needed. One thing to note, their fixtures all have lifetime warranties. You simply will not get anywhere near that from a landscaper. The wiring they did in the garage where they placed the control panel was immaculate. Totally professional looking. The installer was really approachable, wanted us to be happy (you could tell). This company does a demonstration at your home before you agree to anything, and I highly recommend that. The project in its permanent state looks better than the demo but it really gives you an idea of what they can do and what it is like to work with them. Can't recommend them highly enough. If you're doing a lighting project, make sure you call them. <br />"

"Colton arrived on time and gave a detailed description of what needed to be done and the price. He added GFCI and bubble covers to 3 outdoor outlets, replaced a damaged outlet in the basement, and replaced a stacked switch by the front door that had multiple switches but 1 was defective. Another company had looked at this switch earlier this year and had no idea how to repair. The work done was great and I am very satisfied."

"After calling two referred electricians who couldn't be bothered to return our calls, we consulted Angie's List and found Matt.  Matt was professional and punctual, returning our voice mails quickly.  We had him come out initially to look into a ceiling fan/light fixture we thought had a short (turned itself on and off).  He had a look and discovered a loose connection.  We were also concerned about the fact that we had blown over a dozen light bulbs in the house over the last few months.  After doing some investigation, he determined that we did not have any major problems to be concerned about with our electricity.  He was willing to install our light fixture for an 18' foyer (for which we had received an estimate from a big box store for $400 to install!) at a very reasonable price, and even changed two light bulbs in another room on fixtures which were also about 15' up (we haven't yet invested in a 12' ladder).  Throughout, he was courteous and professional, and answered a number of questions from us.  He also had a few suggestions about a few other things (we're considering some work in our basement).  All for a very reasonable price.  All done quickly.  We highly recommend Matt, and will be using him again. <br />"

"My husband and I are very pleased with the landscaping we received from Precision Corporation. Jen was wonderful to deal with and all the workers were very kind and efficient. Our landscaping was put in last Fall and there were a couple of plants that didn’t make it through the winter. Precision stood behind all their work and replaced all those plants. He came out and discussed our needs and made recommendations for the lighting project for outside lighting. He gave us brochures to select the fixtures we wanted and was able to provide us with input on how each would look now and in the future. Within 2 weeks of meeting with Todd, his crew came and installed up-lighting for the front of our home as well as patio lighting in the back. The lighting turned out perfect - - exactly what we were looking to accomplish. The employees of NiteLights of Cleveland did a professional installation, were friendly and took time to answer our questions and go over the timing for the lights and how to change the run times.
