"I called in to set up an appointment for heater maintenance.  A real person answers their phones, no automated voice w/ choices.  That's always nice.  They quickly handled getting an appt. time that worked with our schedule.  The service person showed up on time, was polite and completed their work in a timely manner.  As it turned out, they had forgotten to check our humidifier.  We called in, and they apologized and immediately sent someone out to check it out.  No problems.  After this, they came out for a maintenance check on the a/c unit.  Again, friendly service person who gave us some helpful info. on the life of our unit.  <br />"
