"I picked John based on his reputation on Angie's List. He exceeded my expectations. The insurance company said I had some curling shingles. I reached out to John and he replied immediately. He came out on a weekend with his family and looked over the roof. After investigation he said I had hail damage and suggested I open a claim with my insurance.

The insurance company came out and confirmed the hail damage with their own roofer and declared it needed to be replaced. That was obviously a significant outcome ($$). I worked with John to pick new upgraded shingles and explained I wanted to add gutters to the house. John dropped off color samples on the gutters and we found a perfect match for our trim. He provided a link to the shingle colors and we found what we wanted.

The shingles were back ordered due to all the storms, but arrived when John said they would. The work took two days for a roof and another for the gutters. We are extremely happy with the results and have already recommended John to friends.

"
