"We have been getting a line of strong storms and I needed to have my roof inspected as I suspected a leak. Since we have never had to deal with roof issues before, we weren't sure of the first steps in fending off a potential crisis.
Jordan came out within the hour of our initial call to inspect our entire roof--both inside and out and let us know about potential issues as well as provided an estimate to fix.
Each step of the way, he was courteous and patient and answered every question.

Billy came another day and pressure washed my garage floor, my sidewalk and my driveway which is a large driveway all across the back of my house. All the work he did for me was first class. "Flooring installation was great, and my new back splash is beautiful. Dalton & Henry did a very professional job. They were on time, polite, careful with my personal household items and played with the dog. Carpet was installed. installers were great. Yellowstone Granite was sub-contracted to install granite. It rained, over night that morning, granite was outside before it was delivered and installed. It is yellowish/gold color, instead of white. Either it was never sealed or sealed correctly. I've been promised over and over again, by my contractor, Travis that it would be stripped and resealed. Yellowstone never called. They also owe me two pieces of granite that was left from the large stone to go under my Grandfather clock and a mini fridge. I feel that A Touch of Grace did not deliver the beautiful kitchen I was promised. Also the dishwasher was not properly reattached to the counter top. Every time i open it, it falls open. These project were in late August, early September still not resolved."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
