I was looking to someone to clean my condo on a bi-weekly basis and found Latisha on Angie's List.  I left her a message and she promptly returned my call.  She asked me about my expectations and preferences for cleaning products, allergies. etc.  I liked the fact that she got all this information initially as it is a good way to avoid any confusion and/or misunderstanding later.

She arrived when expected and worked with no supervision (meaning I did not have to follow her around to tell her what to do).  She did a great job even on my glass furniture and sliding glass doors, which I am very fussy about.
