"TruGreen was hired several years ago to treat both my front and back lawns and they were punctual. In 2010 it became necessary for them to service the lawns on Saturday. That's when things became hit or miss. They would call me to tell me they were coming and to unlock the gate. I would keep the dogs inside and unlock the side gate and the serviceman wouldn't show. On two separate occasions the serviceman came during the week, treated only the front lawn, but I was billed as if both lawns had been treated. The first time when I complained, they sent someone out. The second time when I called to complain about only half the work being done, the only thing that happened was I receied a bill for the full service. I paid one-half and cancelled the contract.
