The crew was punctual, arriving before 8 am every day and wrapping up around 4 pm. Despite the nature of roofing projects being messy, they did a great job of cleaning up each day, leaving the property neat and tidy."

Unlike other bidders, Mr. Cohen came to the site himself, explained my leaking-roof options, and offered three price tiers: quick fix, solid repair, or full re-roof. He honestly advised that the cheap fix would cost the most long-term, so I chose the full re-roof. My 70-year-old home's sheathing was in bad shape — replacement far exceeded the 10% in the contract, yet he charged a very fair price to restore all of it. He obtained the LADBS permit and passed inspection. My roof is tricky (a 1:12 slope is technically a flat roof per CA code), so his team installed 2-ply torch-down throughout, covered every transition, and added extra-wide flashing at the vents — exactly where my old leak was — finished in white Polyfresko.
