Small jobs welcome

"This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The guys worked their butts off, non-stop and were very efficient. They were perfectionists! When I thought I had a problem with a door lock, no hurry necessary, they were out immediately. Actually the problem was me, I was doing it wrong. They were highly recommended to me and I highly recomend them as well. Thank you Juan, Ranier, Victor S and Mike D. !!!!"

"Jordan and his helper were exceptional. Jordan was polite, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the products he was installing. It was a great pleasure working with Jordan. He went out of his way to make sure that we had a pleasurable experience with the installation of five windows in a door. At first we were expecting it to be a nightmare but Jordan made it into a dream. Window Depot is very lucky to have an employee like Jordan representing their company."

"Karoly replaced many impact windows over 10 years ago. When a problem arose with several windows, we called Karoly and Jesse Laskowske, Operations Manager, came to my home to inspect and secured the problem. He also directed me how to submit a warranty claim and was instrumental in dealing with the adjuster. When replacement parts arrived, 2 Karoly employees spent 4 hours making the repairs. This level of service is extraordinary, especially after so many years. I strongly recommend anyone looking to replace windows and doors call Karoly Windows and Doors. Many companies sell and install windows, but support years later is rare."

"This business negligently thought we were lying about being existing customers, and purposefully scheduled us with new customers. Initially they tried to cover up the mistake with more lies, but eventually admitted it, but refused to do anything to make it right. When onsite to quote they promised to make it right and quickly schedule us, but after taking a 25% deposit, failed to schedule the start of work within the legally required 90 days. Ignored requests for a refund, requiring a CC dispute. Time Line 09/30/2022 09:41AM - Website Inquiry Confirmed noting existing customer 10/03/2022 12:13PM - E-mail from Kelly stating ~3-4 weeks for estimate, and ~16-18 weeks for installations 10/03/2022 12:32PM - Responded with confirmation. 10/28/2022 6:01PM - Sent e-mail asking for update 10/28/2022 6:01 PM - Automated responses from Kelly & Mindy saying existing customers will be scheduled first 10/31/2022 8:14 AM - Response from Kelly, still working on scheduling 11/11/2022 11:17 AM - E-mail from Sara saying that New Customer list has been reached 11/11/2022 11:25 AM - Responded stating we are an existing customer who seem to have been forgotten, included invoice # 11/11/2022 12:46 PM - Phone call stating can schedule estimate on January 24th. Mentioned we were existing customers, but told you were only now just getting to schedule people who submitted inquires on the morning of 9/30. This was the first deliberate lie told by their staff to cover up for forgetting us. 11/11/2022 12:54 PM - Second call agressively stating there was no record of us being a customer. Kept insisting I must have them confused with someone else. After providing them with our previous invoice # a second time, they found it under my wife’s name. Acknowledged that when my name came up under the existing customer list, they only checked for a previous customer with the exact same name, and didn't check address, #, etc... Finally acknowledged we were not contacted until after all existing customers, but still can’t schedule till January and will do nothing to correct their mistake. 11/14/2022 - Email from Mindy Peterson acknowledging their mistake, asking us to "extend some grace", but taking zero accountability and still refusing to schedule us with their other existing customers. 11/16/2022 - $100 Deposit made 01/24/2023 - Onsite visit, apologizes for mixup with treating us as a new customer and says since it’s screen work only, without structure, he can fit us in “soon”, which was another lie to get us to accept their quote and make a deposit. 01/24/2023 1:22PM - Informal quote received from Darin 01/25/2022 9:04 AM - Response accepting quote 01/25/2023 12:09 PM - Formal quote received 01/26/2023 11:10 AM - Signed quote returned 01/26/2023 - 25% 1,122.70 Deposit paid 02/06/2023 - 18 weeks passed since estimate initially provided 02/08/2023 - Estimated install date of July 13th, 2023 provided. 41 weeks vs 16 weeks 02/27/2023 - After confirming they don't intend to schedule in a timely manner, requested refund. 02/28/2023 - Request for refund is ignored. Disputed charge with CC company. Additionally filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation against Mr. Richards Contractors license for a possible violation of Florida Statute § 489.126. Businesses may not require more than a 10% deposit unless they start work within 90 days. 12/05/2023 - Darin e-mails my wife, mistaking her for a vendor asking for updated prices on supplies."
