"I got quotes from other window installers. All but Sun Control, wanted to install windows their way and no other way. I was not happy with this. That is until Sun Control came over and looked at the job. Patrick, listened to me and agreed with what I wanted done. Others wanted to remove my pull downs but Patrick said his company could and will keep my pull down, and install windows and screen without no problem. Great!!! Today windows and screens were installed by Vince (outstanding tech) At one point he was 1/16" off and he didn't like the way windows were lining up, so he took the time to pull off the frame and redo the frame until he was pleased with the alignment. I don't think another company would have taken the extra steps to complete the job correctly. Thanks Vince. You will be happy with Patrick and Vince should you hire them. Great job. We hired them shortly after Hurricane IAN to replace our lanai sliding doors and window which were destroyed by the hurricane. Everyone we worked with or talked to at Allsafe was professional, competent and caring. This last item was so important in light of the vast numbers of people needing work done following the storm. They were always empathetic unlike some construction companies weâ  ve been saddled with who were not. The installation team was top notch, on time always and highly professional. They even boarded the lanai up after the sliders were destroyed with a unique sliding plywood door that gave us access to the lanai while we waited for the doors to arrive.
