"It was excellent. Work started within days of contacting NFU through Angie's list. I had one person do the job who was extremely personable, skilled, and earned my trust quickly. He was on time daily and kept the work area clean...impressively clean. He informed me each day what work would be done along with #of hrs so I could plan my schedule accordingly. Work was completed two days early and I was very happy with the outcome. I had tub/shower converted to a shower with tile flooring, new vanity and toilet. From the business side, communication was excellent and clear. All texts and phone calls were responded to within minutes and valuable help provided in terms of where and what materials to purchase. I waited a long time to get this bathroom remodeled and the experience was exceptional. Well worth the wait."

"I had an unfinished kitchen for just over a year. I have had the worst luck w contractors. Before Ian, I started a remodel. The contractor demolished the kitchen, started some work, and the company dissolved. I lost a lot of money. I hired a second contractor to come clean up the work and began noticing little things that they were doing to cut corners and cover up things after the storm to speed up the project — which was already 9 months running. When I confronted the gc he blamed the contractor before him and eventually pulled out of the project, gave me the remainder of my money back but left everything unfinished and/or incorrectly finished.
