They showed up early and I liked that Sean was interested in improving my dry lawn areas and wasn't pushing extra repairs. When testing the system my well pipe unexpected burst open and my yard started to flood. This had nothing to do with Sean's work it was just a coincidence - the pipe was extremely rusted above ground. Luckily he called for help and another truck arrived with the equipment needed to cut the iron pipe and replace it with PVC. They worked late to get the job done and did an outstanding job! These guys did a wonderful job!

They first marked ALL my in-ground sprinklers before starting.

They removed old sod and leveled the yard.

Then they installed new sod. I requested that they use Palmetto, and they were happy to oblige, even though this cost more.

They cut out around my trees and shrubs carefully and neatly.

After installation, they then cutout holes for my sprinkler system. They then tested this to make sure it all worked.

The lawn looked excellent from day one.

I HIGHLY recommend this company for any lawn replacement.

BTW, they did such a good job, I have hired them to do my regular lawncare. They do an excellent job here as well.
