"First Rate, First Class Contractor!  Quality, Integrity and Superior Attention to Detail Had a few roof shingles blow off our roof, saw Surf & Turf Roofing signs and trucks around town so I called and we setup appointment next day.  After taking a look at the roof, they gave us an estimate right there on the spot, no waiting or having to chase them down to get it and no dire warning of estimate expiring in 1-3 day because of pricing increases. While they were there, they also recommended other repairs that had also been recommended to us by our home inspector when we bought the house.  It was reassuring to know that Surf & Turf's recommendations were not gimmicks to add costs to job. They were honest, they built our trust and we hired them to do all the work.  From estimate to completion of work took a week and a half.  There was no discussion about supply chain issues or being booked out for months.  The crew was one of the nicest and most respectful crews to us and our property. We couldn't find fault; the work was beautiful, the staff attentive and above board and our roof has never looked better.  We are so impressed with their work and professionalism that we are hiring them to do more roofing/siding work.  "

"Very impressed with responsiveness, professionalism, technology, and value provided by Gunner Roofing. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"We met with a few different contractors before making a decision to use Goias Home Improvement.  He came to our home a couple times and made us feel comfortable and confident in him and his crew, and his price was very good as well.  For our kitchen, we needed to move a door, move a window, and open up a wall.  Gil was at the house often to oversee work, and even participate in demo.  He was very on top of scheduling inspections and different workers to come.  There was never a time we were just waiting when something could be done, which did happen to us often on a past renovation (when we added rooms to our home).  Gil talked to us often to make sure we were happy with the work going on.  Marcos and everyone that came to our house was wonderful, even with our two little kids.  At one point during construction, even though there was plastic up to prevent this, so much dust traveled into our family room and dining room.   Gil went above and beyond by sending a cleaning crew over!  We were so grateful and impressed by this.  Ultimately everything came out exactly as we wanted.  It's all perfect!  There was only one mistake that occurred during the process, when a couple of the wrong pieces of tile were installed into the backsplash, and the tile installer was back the next day to fix it and now it is perfect.  Overall we are so happy we chose Goias Home Improvement and highly recommend them.  We are happy to answer any questions as well!  We plan to use them again on a future project.  Also, his wife makes an amazing cheesecake :)  Thank you Gil!!  - Jen & Matt Woolston <br />"

"This is the second time we have used Rowland and the team at Dwell Renovations. We built a full addition for my mother in law. Kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out and my MIL is unbelievably pleased. "A storm was moving into our area and the initial high winds torn several sections of shingles off the roof, as well as pulling a section of siding away from the house. To add to matters, the forecast stated very heavy and sustained rainfall was moving into the area. Stateside responded quickly and George agreed to come out right away. He was on-site in less than 90 minutes and he repaired the shingles and the siding to prevent further damage to the roof from the impending rainstorm. Then, he also came out the next day and checked the repairs to ensure they were complete."

"After a roofing fiasco, my house was left with copious water damage through three floors. With the exception of 2 rooms, all of the rooms had water damage. MSI was very responsive and walked me through what to expect with the process. With covid and the extent of the damage, MSI talked me through the process, took ample precautions against the plague, and answered all of my questions. After starting, Joe of MSI kept me in the loop with any updates and any concerns they encountered. With the age of the house, I was really worried that there would be surprise costs and the remediation could damage old woodwork. I didn't need to worry. MSI professionally removed all of the water damage and adapted the plan to make the future repairs easier. They made sure my house was habitable after their work was completed and that my home was well set up for the next slew of contractors to properly finish the repairs. I don't know how they removed so much plaster without scuffing the narrow stairwells. The crew were very respectful and kind. They were on time, they showed me things to look out for, discussed what to expect everyday, and they were very cautious with my pets (making sure doors were closed, etc.). With the pandemic still looming, they wore masks all of the time. The price was right on target with what Joe anticipated, which was a massive relief as I am used to prices ballooning with an old house. They communicated with my home insurance too. I'm so happy that I was referred to MSI rather than going with Servpro, which would have been hella more expensive and not tailored to my house's needs. Though I sincerely hope that I don't need their services in the future, I will definitely be a return customer to MSI if a water tragedy comes my way again."
