I had remodeled a property. The job required post construction cleaning of the entire premise. They sent in both a window and an interior cleaning crew. 5 stars for both teams. Job started on-time, completed on-time and on budget. The few items the crews missed, the crew supervisor came in and caught when she did her final walk through. I referred them to my realtor which I would not have done if I didn't think they excelled. Great job ETHI!"

"Luis and his team showed on time, actually a bit early. They brought the people I requested. I chose to have 3 people for two hours. It was 3 people and Luis for two hours or a bit over. Luis walked through to find exactly what I wanted and took notes, I appreciated that! They cleaned the entire time, all of them. They did everything I asked for! I've had house cleaning services throughout the years when I lived in my own home. No one has ever listened more closely nor completely satisfied me like they did before! It is a bold statement. I believe most all tried in the past, but Luis taking notes and clarifying if he wasn't sure what I meant, I think made all of the difference! We are going to keep Jacklen's Maid service with Luis and his team. I look forward to working with them in the future. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends."
