Fernando was quick to answer the call and most importantly was available the same day. He estimated his arrival time and was early in a good way. He was friendly and assessed the situation by asking good questions and it didn't take long for him to figure out what was going on. He estimated the project and we felt it was a fair price. Everything is working and we're happy. We hired him again to inspect our other sprinklers and he addressed the faulty ones and installed updated digital WiFi timers. "I cannot say enough about Steve Scharf and his lead (Gaspar) at KT Construction. I hired KT to pull-and-replace all the landscaping at my home in Laguna Niguel in September 2020. Steve gave me such confidence during our first meeting that I asked him to draw the design (for new plants and irrigation) as if it were his own home. He quickly drew up the plan, reviewed it in detail with me, and scheduled the work for 3 days later. The work, including sprinkler replacement and modification, was done quickly, cleanly, and was overall top notch!
