"I hired Tim's company to replace some outdoor lights and a bath fan I knew was gonna be a booger. The guys were professional, quick, tidy, friendly, timely, and super reasonably priced. I now have a whisper quiet bath fan and outdoor lights that actually work! So I had them back to install two ceiling fandeliers, which I knew would be a battle because the wall switches were never wired. They were super quick, again, super tidy and really sweet. Tim's estimates were spot on both times, no hidden crap, and hundreds of dollars less than a previous estimate by another electrician. Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. "The owner, Jess Goldman, was extremely informative and professional when he came for a free estimate.  He also sent me an estimate very quickly.  I was impressed and, because of that and his excellent reviews on Angie's List, I hired him.
The decaying trellis and balcony in the backyard were removed in one day.  The sliding glass door to the balcony was removed and the new window was framed and installed on the second day.  Over the next day and a half the stucco was repaired and replaced on the outside of the house and the  inside wall around the new window was redone.  The walls were painted inside and out and looked perfect.  Everything was done expertly and the work spaces were cleaned after each part of the job.  
Every employee did exactly what was supposed to be done and were all courteous  and pleasant.  (My neighbor was so impressed with the job, he asked me for their number too).
In my experience, it's unusual to find a company or individual that just does the work properly and professionally and on time.  I would hire Patios by B & B again without hesitation.
