He was polite and hardworking. He communicated what his schedule was and stuck to it. He worked until he finished the job. He was very clean in the work area, protecting our patio and he always cleaned up at the end of the day. He is very orderly and organized. Pascuel is trustworthy and honest and I think his pricing is very fair. He has a positive attitude, is polite and respectful. He also speaks excellent English. Where we were already overwhelmed with the complexity of the task (and the distress from the gas line leak), Kent reassured us that he would take care of everything.
