"Handy with Top Notch Roofing does not give you a hard sell. He is courteous and professional. He clearly explains the scope of the job and materials. During the job they did some repairs work not covered in contract and did not charge additional for materials or labor. By the end of the job I felt confident that I could recommend Handy and Top Notch Roofing to my friends and other homeowners with roofing needs. Great contractor, excellent work and reasonable price."

"JR Roofing did a superior job on my home at a fair price. I was impressed that they took photos to show me why my roof was in need of repair and explained the process in detail. I had a difficult request regarding a skylight and the owner worked patiently with me to insure I was happy with the final result. The crews that worked were courteous, hard working and cleaned up their work area before leaving everyday. I can't say enough about this company other than I put my trust in them and they did not let me down."

"The entire process went very smoothly. Initially, German Roofing was extremely helpful temporarily repairing and existing leak. Their estimate for the entire jot was not the lowest, but it may have been the lowest for a quality job which I was able to research. A few weeks later, actual roof replacement took several days and went very well. Not one single unpleasant surprise. I do not remember seeing a crew work so hard. Also, the office staff was very professional and courteous. I can assure anyone reading this that German Roofing will be an excellent choice"

"John and his team were terrific. Patched and re-sealed our flat roof quickly, efficiently and with "old world" attention to detail. He was on-time, responsive and friendly...all huge plus points. Excellent value to the work involved and the included follow-ups are definitely a value added. Highly recommend Donohue Contracting for a variety of home repair projects."

"Our home was painted with minor repairs done. Sunguard did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone, They were very professional and wasted no time."

"I was very pleased with the quote, the questions answered, and the work! We weren t in the market for a new roof and Henry told us that we didn t need a new roof. Spraying a coating on the existing roof would extend the life of it and that s what we chose to go with. It was more cost effective and it made sense to go with that for the next 5 years! We just bought the house and from what the home inspection said, the roof was in decent shape so I knew that buying a new roof wasn t needed. 5 year warranty on the work and elastomeric coating and we couldn t be happier with the work and with the honesty! Plus, the coating was from a company called PDI in Scottsdale and from what I read on their site, it s great quality material. Henry said he always goes with this company for this coating and I appreciate that. I ll pay a bit more $$ to know I m getting great material. We had 5 or 6 other roofing companies come out and give us quotes and not one of them were up front and honest with me like Henry was, in my opinion. They either said the roof was in great shape and didn t need to be replaced or coated or the suggestions for a new roof. There was not one company that recommended repairs and a coating. I ve noticed the house is cooler now that the roof has this sun reflective coating and we will have peace of mind that our roof will be preserved for another 5 years!"

"Valley Contracting repaired my covered patio. It was 23 years old. Wood facia was rotting and the roll out shingles were deteriorating. After product was a new roof with new facia and a slick foam top vs. shingle. They also painted my 2 story house since it's been 13 years. Came home from vacation to a fresh looking house with a new covered patio. Would definitely hire again (next project is whole roof replacement). Their costs are very reasonable, they kept me informed the whole time and got it done in a quickly manner."

"Would recommend to anyone. Will use them again. Had 5 quotes and Mikku was the only one that found the nick in the underpayment and one tile in the other wide of roof that needed to be fixed. Devon and Alex were great and very personable."

"They are prompt, friendly and professional. Great attention to detail and they go beyond whatâ s expected. I will gladly recommend them to family and friends and anyone looking for tremendous service for their roofing needs!"
