Don was able to take what we wanted and complete it in a way better than we could have imagined. He was competitively priced with the quality of materials and craftsmanship he provided. Once he started work, he continued every day until completed. He was also extremely communicative; he provided a daily recap, walking us through what was completed and the next steps. We always felt in the know and what to expect After the job was complete, he continued to follow up to make sure everything was curing correctly and to see if we had any follow up questions. "Cornman Concrete and Paving completed a very large rear patio removal and replacement. Our property wasn't the kindest for access to the area, however, they worked with it. Jeff was attentive from the first meeting to estimate to the last handshake upon completion. It took a while because of weather interruptions but they never put us behind when they started our job when it worked to keep it moving. The project involved 2 very large flat areas and two stamped concrete concave steps. They construct to last - top quality. They overdo so they don't have to re-do is a true statement. All turned out GREAT!! Very pleased with the finished project. The crew arrived on the first day and moved a gazebo to start the job and returned to help re-place it when all was set. Truly take pride in customer relations and leaving a job as I think they would want it left if at their own residence. We would highly recommend giving them a try. We won't hesitate to call them back for other projects beyond our abilities."

"Mark's employee arrived on time and got right to work. It was HOT (first week in September), but he worked tirelessly. After prepping the site, he cribbed the area, put in a good, deep stone base, then rebar, and poured the concrete. He figured just the right amount of drop from the house to the yard so that rain did not puddle near the door. I would estimate that the finished surface has no more than 1/8 of an inch variance from level all around - pretty nice.

"Project: Remove and replace existing concrete sidewalks: They arrived earlier than start date, removed all existing concrete, and put in all forming materials. this took 2 days. work. When concrete arrived they worked quickly and efficiently to finish troweling (200 ft), Since I live on a corner, I had Ken coat the concrete with a finish that slows down damage from salt residue when the snow plow throws snow onto my yard and walks. I am very well pleased with the quality of workmanship. If I had more concrete, I would hire him again. Exellent job!"
