To summarize, if you want to pay everything up front, to be gaslit the whole time, have material delivered from Home Depot and go weeks without progress, have to call and text your contractor daily just to get something done, and the work that is completed is below subpar, then you know who to hire. In the end we had to pay someone else to finish the job Jimmy couldn?t do and before they started, we had our township?s inspector do a courtesy walkthrough and informed us everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. I am a one man operation that takes on one project at a time.\nI work by the hour and make every effort to complete each project in a timely\nmanner. My specialty is bathrooms and kitchens w/ tile, granite tops, cabinets, and fixtures with all the trade skills and tools to build the entire project myself. If you are interested in a project review I can come to your home for one hour to look over the necessary items in question. After that I charge \nfor any further consultations. This has worked quite well for my previous clients and has saved them a great deal of time and confusion during the project preparations. I will give you an idea of the no. days it will take to finish the job and some locations to look for tile , fixtures, and materials.
