Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Carlisle, PA

"Overall, I am very happy with the new partial siding. I was put up on the house. It looks great, and I am very happy with the end result."

"If you are looking for great customer service, top-notch management, and A-1 construction team S&K Roofing, Siding & Windows. I had the roof down a few years ago and now gutters. Hassle-free from start to finish. Oscar and his crew's customer service were awesome and the skill of installing my gutters and the look was great. The night before was very windy and one piece of siding was almost blown off the house. I asked if the Oscars team can help and repair the piece of siding and without hesitation, his crew fixed it. That is what I call great customer service and teamwork. Look no farther and Pick S&k. You will not regret it!!"

"The initial call to the company was facilitated by Shirley, who was very nice, professional and helped to schedule a date and time we could be home for Carlos, who provided the evaluation of our existing roof, gutter and skylight. He provided paperwork, the estimate and honored our desire to read the contract and discuss our options after he left.  He did not hassle or push for us to accept and sign the contract. Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough. During the evaluation he was sure to make the measurements to the roof and skylight so the estimate would be as accurate as could be.  Carlos answered all questions our discussions, and during the phone calls to confirm the roof and gutter replacement.  On the day of the service, for some reason the battery lost its charge, and I was not able to move the car.  The crew led by Sandy was kind, considerate and covered the car with their tarp. They told me that "it's okay", (after I apologized over and over). Although not directly in their way, they still had to make sure none of the shingles, supplies or the Equipter hit the car. All members of the crew tolerated my questions periodically throughout the day, and were very polite while providing a brief explanation of what they were doing. All members of the crew knew their assignment, and worked throughout the entire day, with the exception of their lunch break. Carlos came to the house, went on the roof, and checked on the progress. The roof looks great, the gutters/downspout are great and the skylight replacement provides us with the new and fresh view.  The shed roof has new and fresh look, with the old tattered shingles and damaged deck boards replacement. Carlos said he was present when the old gutters were removed so he could confirm if the soffit boards would require replacement. I told him beforehand to replace the wood if it was bad or rotted.  Following the completion of the entire project, Carlos came to the house to be able to see the gutter that I inquired about during a follow up phone call. When I returned home from work that day, the tiny adjustment was made to our satisfaction.  Financing was also made available to us if we needed it.

"Replaced window frame post termites. First visit they opened the area and found larvae. Extended area making it easier for exterminator to treat rather than finishing the job. Came back after the treatment and completed the job."

"Had the roof, gutters and siding replaced. A lot of work removing the old and installing the new. The crew of 4 showed up every day till the entire job was done. Never was I left hanging with a no show day. Very happy with entire process. Also important, the original estimate is what I paid. No cost over runs. Did have to have them return for some minor corrections and they quickly responded. I'd recommend Blue Ribbon and hire them again. Four stars to Steve and his crew, and to Evan (owner / estimator ) for the best price."

"Had our roof and gutters replaced . Top rate company hard working and very professional. Price was comparable to other companies. Would recommend C3 to anyone who wants roofing or remodeling doneeâ s."

"Had the estimate in the late winter for the project, siding ordered and project started in early spring. Estimate was about average from the others that I had done. Project completed in a timely manner. Materials cleared daily. Friendly staff. Looked great when completed"

"Jesse and his team did a great job installing a new roof for my home. Pricing was fair and within budget. The project was completed in only a few days and was scheduled efficiently to avoid rain. I was more than satisfied with the project and also hired Crawford Construction for replacing windows."

"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."
