Very professional and efficient.   Large crew that got the job done in one day as opposed to a  majority of my neighbors who had to put up with multiple day installations.

They took care in identifying delicate areas such as the pergola and patio furniture protecting them with a tarp.   

Cleanup was great and there was no telltale trace of such a large project having taken place.

Finally the price was almost 25% less than some of the other quotes.   I was not sure if there was going to be extensive charges for additional plywood but everything was covered under the original quote.  There was no attempt to upsell or any deceptive pricing.

"The window install and the siding replacement went great. Had 2 different crews to complete the work. The window install crew (Todd) was pleasant to deal with. They were knowledgeable and completed the install in one day as planned. They even went a little beyond and put my blind brackets back in the windows. The siding install went great. Mr. Lee and his crew completed the siding in 1 1\2 days they came in the snow to complete the job. The siding looks great i am completely satisfied with the work done. The contractors for both jobs had me inspect the work before they left the premises to confirm it was completed to my satisfaction. The gutter install had a little snafu. I ordered the gutter guards for my gutters but there was an error in the paperwork. I called S&K and spoke to Mary, she rectified the problem instantly The estimates I received were accurate, no hidden cost to me for any of the work done. They communicated with me with the install dates to confirm they worked for me. S&K has great customer service everyone I spoke to throughout the process was pleasant and curious. A great company to deal with. No pressure to sign the contract, a sale representative came out emailed me the estimate, no pressure to sign that day. "Agreed upon services were competitively priced and completed in a timely fashion. However, the Blue Ribbon Exteriors installation team should be very careful with existing home features that they come into contact with. Many of the original flashing, gutters, and trim features of the home were damaged when the project was completed. Also, scaffolding that was installed at the rear of the home was not properly stabilized and supported which collapsed (in wind) and damaged an existing composite deck. Although, the roof looked good when it was done and there has not been any leaking issues or shingle loss in the past year. The "Would you hire again" question should have a "Maybe" option which I surely would select after this experience."
