"My experience was wonderful. This is a family owned company, they do great work and are honest, which is not the case with many other contractors that provide estimates. We had a problem with the chimney. Eric came to the home to do an inspection and took a personal interest and provided a fair honest estimate. He didn't try to sell us something that wasn't needed. "This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. Unfortunately when Eric and the crew began replacing the skylights they observed severe rot in the shingles and in the wood under the shingles. Eric showed me all the evidence of the rot and we agreed that I had to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Once I got over the shock of the unexpected cost, I agreed to have the work done. The next day Royal Pro had a crew of about 10 people beginning the work. The crew did the job in two days. They took care to move all the outdoor furniture and plant and covered my deck and driveway.
