"Al and his team were amazing! The person who worked on the floors before did not know what they were doing. They left ridges in the wood, and on top of that, they stained it a cherry color which was a far different from the oak color and seemed to have applied the stain with a paint brush, with strokes going in all different directions and very visible to the eye! Al took one look and said that all the person did was buff the floor. He did not sand it properly nor applied the products properly! Al promised that my floors would come out beautifully. And they did! My floors look so great, that some thought they were newly installed! Al's team did an amazing job and we would definitely use them again!"

"I recently moved to a senior home that was built in 1965; VERY little has been done to update this place since then. The oak hardwood floors were a MESS! They were very worn and full of (pet) stains throughout. While the quote from 3M was slightly higher than another quote I got, they were available when I needed them. Marcelo and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! The floors look amazing. They also put oak hardwood in the master bedroom and hallway that had been there when built but replaced by previous owners with cheap snap flooring in a hideous color. "Everything went very smoothly. Rich worked with us to find a pre-finished hardwood floor that came close to the one he had put down for us approximately 10 years ago. Using the pre-finished floor cut down a lot of dust and cleanup. The hardwood was delivered as scheduled and the prep of the floor and stairs along with the laying of the hardwood surfaces was completed in one day. Another couple of days were required to stain and put the final coats of finish on the stairs. All was done on schedule. Everything looks great. The price came as estimated."

For instance, while shoring up our main staircase, Cesar fixed a door that never closed right, now almost a year later it still closes! The projects we hired him for were to replace loose tiles in our tub/shower and fix the faucets as well. Just yesterday they finished removing tile and carpet from our kitchen, hallway and bathroom. They also installed a combination of vinyl plank flooring, tile and a bathroom vanity. The job took only 2 days. Overall Cesar and his team worked quickly and efficiently, in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend this operation."
