He moved and lubed   a couple of roller mounts,  secured the garage door motor more securely, added rubber padding to the bottom of the door on both sides to make it seal properly and adjusted the tension on the spring to make the door move up and down more easily. Took about an hour and well worth it."

"Jozo did an excellent job. He tuck pointed the chimney from roof line to the top. He resurfaced the crown of the chimney and fixed the shoulders. He sealed the chimney and installed a stainless steel rain cap. Jozo is highly skilled and has years of experience. He has done work for us before repairing siding and water damage.
