"They did quite a bit of work. They’ve been really, really good. You pay monthly for all weeks out of the year, so even if it snows, you have to pay for them to come out, but, from what I understand, they still will clean up the leaves and all that kind of stuff. They were very punctual, listened to what I was requesting, and if I had an issue, their follow-up was prompt and it was taken care of. They come every Thursday."

We had to make a few adjustments to the scope of work but he handled it efficiently and painlessly. Gerald is a hands on contractor, listens to the client and pays attention to details. I can't believe how beautiful my yard is now, and how pleasant the process went. You will pay a little more for this quality of work...and it's worth every penny. "As I stated in my previous post they were professional and very nice. He did a great job on the shrubs. He was to come back and finish the rose bed. He called and told me he would not be able to make it at the appointed time. I said that was fine, then he text me and said he needed more time to make it back. Again I said that was fine and I have not heard back since. I was lucky that the neighbors helped me clean it up with their trimmer. I was very disappointed. I know he is starting out so I would just say to keep in touch with your clients and put the money you make into better equipment so it will not be so **** ** you physically and you can get jobs done quicker. I wish them the best but we will not hire them back."

"RoRo Landscaping trimmed 90 feet of 20+ year-old Laurel hedge for me. The hedge was 10 feet high at each end and shorter in the middle. Rodrigo cut back the height on both ends and the overall width. He gave me a free estimate and showed up on the day he said he would.
