After examining the roof, Dave advised that our roof had minimal damage and did not need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to come out and evaluate the roof and explain the key indicators he looks for when making such a judgement. Rather than trying to convince us to purchase a new roof, or file a claim for hail damage, Dave provided an honest assessment of the situation. However, tho it appeared complete, a few weeks later the replacement piece came out. It was unsecured and they did not do the underneath work we agreed to. Dave was responsive about correcting it (first guy was let go) but this time repair guy did not show up until after I left for work and did the work while I wasn't there. I like being home for any work on my house. Don't know whether I'd rehire, would depend on specific project / work crew"
