"Mr. Do Carmo built a $30,000 paver patio for me less than three years ago. While building it I pointed out that we should add drainage but he assured me that it would not need it. Since I am not a contractor I took his word for it. Over the next two years, I reached out to him multiple times because the stones were sinking. He came by, free of charge, and re-leveled them and even added a drain pipe. After the drain pipe was added, I would go out during rain storms and see if it was working. To my surprise, it was not. After doing some research on my end I realized it was installed incorrectly so nothing was being drained. As of today, the far wall is slowly collpasing and coming apart. The railings are being ripped apart from each other, and the stones are separating. $30,000 for something that lasted less than three years. "My sewage ejector pump in basement would not stop running and I was looking to replace it. I texted Dean two pictures of the pump, he was able to give me a quote over text and the price was quite reasonable. He received a new pump on 5/22/2023 and came over to my house. After opening up the old pump and checking, he told me that the only thing that is really broken is the check valve, the switch got stuck but is still functioning, and the pump itself works fine. I ended up asking him to only replace the check valve and the switch and this saved me about $1000 from the original plan. I appreciate Dean's honesty, professionalism, and a job well done."

"The job was to repave a 300-square-foot patio. Jaugaur Paving Corp. Patio Pavers excavated the area. Utilized a plate compactor to thoroughly compact soil. Added crushed stone to the area and graded it. Compacted the crushed stone with a plate compactor. Applied stone dust and graded it. Compacted the stone dust using a plate compactor. Installed the patio pavers. Added and swept polymeric sand into joints. Ran plate compactor over pavers to ensure proper setting of the sand. Sprayed water over pavers to activate and cure polymeric sand. The job was initially estimated to take 3 days, but they completed it in two. They arrived on time both days, and their entire team was very courteous, clean, friendly, and professional. The price for the work was also $2000 less than what another company quoted for the same work, and with no hidden costs.
