"Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. The crew was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend G Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing!"

"I cannot tell you how pleased we are. Clark is very professional and the crew is knowledgeable and they know what they are doing, they are also a very polite crew to work with. They met with my husband 2 x to go over the removal of our old 63 foot long by 8 foot wide sidewalk that ran by the side of our garage and reinstall a new sidewalk same dimensions. They removed the old sidewalk without any damage to our garage, our sidewalk butts up to the the brick foundation of the garage. My husband wanted the sidewalk installed according to his specifications and they agreed to install the sidewalk to my husbands specifications. When the sidewalk was done they back filled the dirt around the concrete with the dirt they removed. We highly recommend them."

Scott walked through options and provided honest recommendations for the garage floor and foundation repair that was needed. Any questions I had regarding the process or estimate were answered promptly. Gardner (Scott and crew) did an outstanding job replacing the garage floor and deteriorated foundation cinder blocks. The crew showed up early every day, were polite and respectful and got right to work. They went above and beyond in how they conducted their work and explained the process and improvements they were making to do the job right. The job site was kept organized and they cleaned up very well after they were completed each day. The entire crew was trusting, professional and knowledgeable - and aimed for quality and perfection. "Very professional, honest and upfront from the start. We received 3 estimates and this was the best price, most knowledgeable inspector/salesman and the communication was amazing. I was very comfortable from the beginning to the end! The also came very highly recommended by my realtor and home inspector! The driveway and sidewalk were leveled to their original position perfectly. The basement wall I was worried about was anchored and the drain tile and sump pump system were installed with radon mitigation and done in less than 2 days! Everything was cleaned well and the job leader stayed in touch with me to ensure i knew what was going on and was happy with everything. Very highly recommend this company!"

"Basement Waterproofing project completed by Tom Bever and his Maltese totally professional crew. Split level home required the team to make constant trips up/down recently installed Oak stairs, which they fully protected with cloth tarp, and work area was sealed off floor to ceiling with tapped plastic barrier, as well as covering all items that could not be removed from work area. The team was in and out in 2 days. An almost immediate test due to significant rain levels which previously would have seen water infiltration were handled without a hint of moisture by the installed drainage & sump system. Totally professional, clean job. A pleasure to work with. Timing could not have been better."

"Mr. Samuel Sharpe showed up on time and performed all the tasks that I asked him to do. I contacted about 6 or 7 Contractors for this project. Only three showed up to give me a estimate,the other 4 never called me back. In this age of instant communication, I feel that sometimes customer service is a thing of the past.Of course, I remember going to the gas station and a attendant would fill your gas tank,check your oil and wash your windows.Ah,the good old days! Samuel Sharpe reminds me of those days gone by. He will go out of his way to accommodate you. I added on about 5 extra things on my original bid and he performed these tasks flawlessly.Samuel is a easy going person who keeps you informed how each and every project is going .I feel that his workmanship,professionalism,and attention to detail is superb.I feel that for everything that Sam did and the total cost that I was charged,it was a very good investment for my house. "Jonathan was really great to work with. He was the first provider of these services to call me when I reached out to 4 as well. He is friendly and thorough. He explained everything to us that he was doing, and asked us about different options, but let us know if when he didn't think we needed them. The price is fair and he is good at what he does. We also really liked that he tested the radon levels after the install, and shared the results with us. Highly recommend!"

"We contracted with Fair & Square to expand our existing kitchen by adding an addition to our existing home. I initially choose them because of all the bids I received theirs was the only one that provided line item detail that was clear and I could easily understand exactly what I was paying for. They did a nice job managing the project, communicated well at each step and showed up and finished when they promised they would. They also did a good job of working with the city inspectors. The final result is a wonderful open space that is so much more functional than our old kitchen."

"The project eventually got finished. Might have been a little more complicated to get started on as it required the city and contractor to communicate seeing as it was a city renovation program. Things I?d like to go better is cleanup and mitigation of dust. It was limited to whatever steps I took. The pump has to be reset 1 to 2!times through a span of 60 days or so. Not sure if that?s normal and to be honest I haven?t yet reached out or looked into this on my side. Aside from that Mr Brown was easy to talk to and respectful as was his workers. When the work finally started to was down quickly. There were parts that could have gone better but it could have gone worse. I won?t say I wouldn?t recommend them at the same time I think there?s something?s that could definitely improve upon. And to add it did pass City of Plymouth inspection and their requirements for the program. I?ll have a better idea of how this works out in the future."
