"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"The job was to create a low retaining wall along my driveway. This included creating a drain and runoff pipe. The result was very good. The project was finished in a timely manner. The group also refaced my mailbox and driveway gate which had deteriorated. This project was also well done. In addition to the stonework, they have also replaced decking. I have been very satisfied with everything they have done on my property."

"Todd and his service folks couldn't be any more professional. My neighbor recommended them from work years ago. Todd (Owner By The Way) came out o our house twice to explain and give us an estimate. The best part is his quote is not just a yes or no quote. You can take some suggestions and no to others and the quote is adjusted accordingly. On time , fair price, very knowledgeable, real passionate about his business and fixing your issues. I'd recommend them in a NYC minute."

"Kendal King came and gave us an estimate on our project, explaining our options and the pros and cons of each way of handling our drainage issues. Friendly, respectful service that I would recommend to Anyone. It was pouring rain on both days and he couldâ ve easily rescheduled- but he worked in the rain and completed project on time."

"System was installed on time as scheduled. Customer service was great, all questions or concerns were addressed. Would recommend the company to anyone with water leaking in basement."

"We hired JW Grading to clear our 2 acre lot for new construction and install our driveway, they done an amazing job. We are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone beginning the process of building a new home"

"Micah went above and beyond to ensure that the new garden he planted for us, as well as our existing gardens were all perfectly matched. He gave us an estimate shortly after surveying the scope of the project, scheduled the date, and then arrived as expected. He was very professional and diligent about getting everything just right. We will be hiring Stultz for fall lawn work since we were so pleased with this project."

"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. Overall, I am very happy we chose BDry.!"
