The actual service they provided went well. They were on time, finished the whole project within a couple hours and were professional. I was able to cut down my total cost by >$300 by just buying my own supplies (ex: water faucet, basket strainer, faucet aerator, etc.). They were going to charge me $125 for something I was able to get for $4 and fix on my own, which I thought was ridiculous. Overall, I would recommend because they made the whole process go smoothly but I would just be aware of their pricing and make sure they don't trip you off."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
