"Working with Flavio has been wonderful! He is a fantastic craftsman and a true professional -- not to mention kind -- and you can feel the care that goes into his work. He and his teammate Denis were a pleasure to work with. From the first time we reached out to him, he was very responsive in answering our (many) questions! We had a number of doors that we wanted to replace (both interior and exterior), as well as a few storm doors to be replaced. He also re-installed our front door after we discovered that the person who had initially installed it did not ensure it was plumb. This was a complex job which he did with great care and efficiency, ensuring that no detail was missed (as an example, he noted that when the door was re-installed, the door sweep was just barely making contact with the door sill, so he replaced it with a taller door sweep to ensure a tight seal). They finished the front door with a beautiful high gloss paint which was done meticulously! Unlike previous searches for contractors (referrals through family or friends), we found Flavio through reviews on Angie's List, and he is by far the most talented and best contractor that we've ever worked with!
