"Michael Brandt just completed a paint job for us September 30th, 2022, which included a barn, wrought iron fence, gate, and garage doors. Michael and his assistant, Brent, did an excellent job. Michael uses Ultra-premium Dunn Edwards Paint and is very knowledgeable about the chemistry of their products for the specific applications. He recommended the color consultant, Marie, at Dunn-Edwards to assist us with selecting a color for the barn. With her guidance she sent large samples home for us to decide on a color. It made it easy, and we could not be more pleased with the result. Michael took the utmost care in preparation and masking which was especially important to us. He was careful when spraying and applying generous coats of paint. He cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. We felt that Michael was honest and fair in his pricing. We enjoyed working with Michael, Brent, and his faithful docile Dalmatian, Elmer. Should we have the need for additional work, we would hire Michael again."

"My stamped concrete patio was in terrible condition, which required grinding down the top surface and reinstalling new stamped concrete. Richardson's Concrete did a fantastic job and I'm very happy with the results. Gina and crew were great to work with. I wanted to create a Bluestone type look for the stamped concrete and Gina worked patiently with me on colors and textures to achieve the effect I was looking for. The crew who came out each day were hard working and always left a clean work area when they left. Gina was out often to check up on things and handled the final touch-ups on the coloring of the concrete. Super job all around! I would highly recommend Richardson's Concrete - the quality of their work is top-notch!"

"It went well. Chris looked at the house to determine how much prep work would be needed and length of time it would take to complete the project. He emailed me the steps of the project, along with a contract and a request for the colors also the total cost for my review. Once i accepted the bid we set up a start date, I signed the contract and send it to him along with the deposit. Once the prep was completed I made another payment and at the end of the project I paid the balance due. Overall it was a job well done,"
