"DO NOT USE: We were quoted $6K for a shower kit install. Upon completion of the work, it was immediately apparent that the installation was defective and did not meet acceptable industry standards. Specifically: No water membrane was installed behind the shower kit, rendering the installation non-compliant with waterproofing best practices. No caulking was applied to seal seams, leaving the installation vulnerable to water intrusion and damage. The walls and surrounding trim were not plumb, which made it impossible to install a functioning shower door. A McLendon's supervisor subsequently inspected the installation onsite and acknowledged the poor workmanship. We were informed that the matter would be addressed, but despite multiple follow-up phone calls, we received no further communication or resolution from McLendon's. Nevertheless, the remaining balance of $3,100 was charged to our account without our authorization or consent and without any resolution."

He helped me navigate the City of Sammamish permitting, surveying and engineering process. Lots of patience with me and with the city. Once the permit was issued, the execution was flawless. Great quality of work. Our previous dilapidated deck was an eye sore and a danger for the past 3 years of us owning the home. It took Tom, Mike and his crew only one week to transform it into a deck that we love (not exaggerating but the day they wrecked the old deck was simply cathartic and therapeutic to me).
